    We are a small studio and want you to enjoy what we were proud to make.

    We have insured each product for its entire journey to your home against breakage or transportation cracks.

    Please pay immediate attention to the condition (breakage, transportation cracks) of the product when you receive the artwork : please unpack the goods in the presence of the carrier, and compare it with the pictures provided electronically. Beware that colours change slightly change according to light conditions. If the product is damaged, several pictures will be taken by the carrier and the insurance will intervene. If the product is not damaged, you will need to sign the carrier's release form, and you will then become solely responsible for the product.

    We do not accept returns for other reasons than above. ​

    By purchasing the goods your agree that this sales agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium and will depend on the Court of East Flanders.

Please keep in mind that colours may vary depending on lighting conditions, as our pieces are enamelled and reflect light differently throughout the day. Each work is subject to slight variations due to the unique mix of pigments, the number of glaze layers, humidity, and temperature during the firing process. Because of this, exact colour replication is impossible; each piece is truly one-of-a-kind. We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged in transit.
